    Order Processing

    Orders placed before 1pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.

    Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

    You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    All orders are carefully packaged in eco-friendly, recycled packaging materials.

    30-Day Return Policy

    Eligible Returns

    • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Damaged or defective products can be exchanged or refunded at any time.
    • Refill wicks cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Email hello@neurohaler.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We'll send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
    3. Package the item securely and post it back to us.
    4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
