1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NEUROHALER website (neurohaler.com.au) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About NEUROHALER
NEUROHALER is an Australian business that designs, manufactures and sells sustainable bamboo aromatherapy inhalers and essential oil refills. Our products are intended for personal wellness use only and are not therapeutic goods registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
3. Product Use
By purchasing and using NEUROHALER products, you acknowledge that:
- Our products are aromatherapy inhalers containing natural essential oils and are not medicines or therapeutic devices.
- Products should be used as directed — held near (not inserted into) the nose and inhaled gently.
- If you have allergies, asthma, or respiratory conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Products should be kept out of reach of young children. Supervise children during use.
- Essential oils are for inhalation only. Do not ingest or apply directly to skin.
- Discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reaction.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing due to system errors.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay.
- Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
- An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This constitutes acceptance of your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery timeframes and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our full returns policy is available on the Shipping & Returns page. In summary:
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
- Refill wicks cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on neurohaler.com.au — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, branding, and software — is the property of NEUROHALER or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
NEUROHALER™, ZEN™, and FLOW™ are trademarks of NEUROHALER. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- NEUROHALER provides its products and website on an “as is” basis.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended use as aromatherapy inhalers.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
If our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
